Early Check-In or Late Check-Out
We try to be as flexible as possible and as long as your accommodation is available, you may request an early check-in or late check-out. An Additional fee may apply.
Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation Confirmation and Occupancy Agreement will be sent to you by U. S. mail or FAX for your review and signature.

Easy Check-In or Check-Out
When you get to Idyllwild, just pick up your keys and directions at the office and you can begin immediately to enjoy your vacation. At the end of your visit, there’s no lengthy check-out procedure. Simply drop your keys, along with your comments, at the office through the slot in the door.
Guest Services
Would you like flowers delivered for that special occasion? What about an extra crib/cot? How about discount tickets? Restaurant reservations? Sleds? If we don’t have it, we will do our best to find it for you.

Our office in Idyllwild is open six days a week with a staff dedicated to making sure that your vacation is most enjoyable. You will receive a courtesy phone call following your arrival to make sure all is well.
24 Hour Emergency Service
Emergency “on call” service is available 24 hours per day. Knowing you will be well cared for provides “Peace of Mind” for you and your family.
Housekeeping Services
As a full service vacation home provider, just as the finest hotels, we offer in-house housekeeping. Advance arrangements for maid service may be requested and an additional fee will apply.
